During this visit you will be introduced to our product offerings in actual kitchen and bath settings and view the Ulrich portfolios showing our most recent work. Your designer will review the scope and timeline of your project and discuss the extent of remodeling necessary to execute the work.

The ULRICH process will be reviewed at this time as will the variety of services ULRICH can provide in conjunction with your project.

In-home design consultation

During this time you and your designer will discuss in depth your family dynamics, lifestyle and routines and how you envision using your new space. We will ask about your design and color preferences and review any scrapbooks you may have.

Your designer will use this information in order to begin conceptualizing your project and to consider possible design opportunities. At the conclusion of the meeting the space will be measured and photographed from which a design concept will be developed and budgeted.

Design concept and budget presentation

Your designer will present the conceptual ideas she or he has developed based on your previous meetings. In response to this presentation questions may be raised to further reveal your needs and design requirements. In conjunction with design we will discuss budget parameters for the project.

This fee, based on 5% of the median of the budget parameters presented by your designer, will become due at the commencement of phase IV and is required to proceed with complete project development. The Project Development Fee will be applied in full, to your final ULRICH contract.

In-depth discussion with your designer will continue to take place as we proceed to finalize details and complete the design and specifications for your project. We will create detailed floor plans, elevations and interpretive drawings as needed in anticipation of executing a final contract.
